Max PSI for Washing

Simple question really...

Whats the max PSI that you would recommend for washing cars?

I am looking at a 2800 PSI, 2.3 GPM Washer, is that too much or will I be okay? I know not to use the stream of water connection and blast a hole in the door :lol: but what angle connection should I be using or is it okay as long as its fanned, no matter the angle?

I use a Greeworks 1950psi pressure washer. I have full confidence it won't damage the paint at all. Taken the nozzel 5 inches from the paint before, with no problems.

Depending how big the fan is I guess. You can strip paint at 2000psi if you shoot the paint with no fan.
Commercial self carwash bays uses 15-25 degrees?
