"Man Down" with Shia LaBeouf, (no spoilers)

I have got to say, I read a bunch of reviews and takes on the movie before going to see it, and I was expecting to be let down being that all the reviews were so horrible. We got there and the movie was only playing on one screen, and there wasn't much chatter about it.

It was one of the most powerful, if not THE most powerful movie I've ever seen in my life. I feel like it should have been playing on 10 screens, not just 1. I highly recommend all of you to go check this movie out. You wil not regret it.

All these critics and movie reviewers are so full of shit. They disgust me.

It's off to a bad start as trying to take Labeouf seriously in anything is basically impossible. Even his character in Fury seemed satirical at best.

I watch movies with an open mind hoping to experience a "break out" moment for an actor who goes outside their conventional role. I feel it was his best performance ever, and one of the best of the year for sure.
