Long handle shifter?

Has anyone heard anything about any companies offering a long handle shifter? I've become far too accustomed to mine to go back.

Barton made a shift handle extender for the '11-14 and probably other models as well. I'm not sure how it will work with the '15 now that is has the reverse lockout collar.
