1984 Honda Civic - first car, hand me down

1988 Mazda MX-6 GT Turbo - loved this thing! Felt so fast at the time and had the electronic dampers and the oscillating center vents.

1993 Mazda MX-3 V6 1.8L - smallest displacement V6 in a production car if I remember correctly

1996 Ford Explorer XLT (this was a 2nd car)

2001 Mazda Protégé MP3 - this was basically the original "Mazdaspeed" but without the turbo that came the following year.

2004 Mazdaspeed MX-5 (factory turbocharged Miata) - absolutely loved this car and regret getting rid of it!

Yes it was! It was also capable (on most sheets) of producing 1 more horse and 1 more ft/pound of torque than the mazda designed 1.8 4-banger. I knew a couple guys who used to swap to the 1.8 6 because they were cheap, and the mounts between it and the 3.0 V6 were similar.

I believe the mx6 gt was essentially the same thing as my 89 probe gt.
Cool cars but I kept getting burned up by the Stang (fox body) 5.0's at the time.
