I am so glad that they made things right for you. I had no dog in the fight but dishonesty really bothers me when something you waited for is taken. Good for Earnhardt Ford for doing the right thing, just wish it did not have to get to the Owner before someone made the right decision.

When a member of the community is screwed over by a crook dealer..it is our concern. The least we could do is support him, which we did !:ford:

The owner was the one that worked everything with me while at the dealer. He actually gave me his cellphone for any future transaction. Completely different experience compared to Friday's.
