Clearly the scat pack loses to mustang gt in all those categories. GT handled better, stopped faster, and got to 150mph 2 seconds quicker than a scat pack.
Well, he did say base GT and the GT is PP in that link. So the handling and numbers probably become a fair bit closer and with only a 2 foot difference against PP, edge probably goes to scat pack with base gt brakes.

At 4.1 to 60 and 12.4 in the quarter bone stock, a stock Mustang isn't going to match that auto or manual. Course the Mustang would still destroy the heavier car on a road course, but the Charger owns the straight line.
