I asked my insurance if they will cover the repair if I order the parts myself and they said NO... Needs to be OEM parts ordered directly by Ford with an Ford invoice...

Can be the good news for you, the body parts arrived relatively in a short time .
Approx in 2-3 weeks after the order has been placed by the garage, rather they've always shortage on the safety equipments ( seat belt, airbag control unit etc... )
