How to track european Mustangs production?

Hi there

Finaly my dealer confirmed my Ecoboost production date - 16th May, and delivery date was pushed one month further, mid July :(

I was given a 11 digit code like AA1A1111111, and I tried to insert it in

http://researchmaniacs.com/Ford/TrackFactoryCarOrders.html

https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

But it wont work, in ETIS it says VIN must be 17 digits.

Any ideas?

That reference the dealer gave me started as "TH9G5xxxxxx" so I tried 1FA6P8TH9G5xxxxxx

On http://researchmaniacs.com/Ford/TrackFactoryCarOrders.html it still says "the window sticker has not yet been released for this vehicle"

On ETIS, it shows a Mustang fastback, 2.3 4 cil ecoboost, manufacture date - 30.11.0002 :headbonk:

If every infos on Etis correspond with the car you bought, then it's your car

The manufacture date will be updated once the car left the assembly lines.

Well, information is very scarce...

It just states it is a Mustang Ecoboost Manual, to be assembled at Flat Rock USA...

It does show a race red Mustang above, don't know if it's something about the chosen color (it is a race red) or if it's a generic picture.

If your car is really planned for production on May 16th then it should be in the planning already for weeks and your window sticker should be available. I don't remember how long ahead mine was available though.

Have you tried making a VIN with model year 2017? Change the G into an H.

Nope, not found.

But as I said, code that my dealer provided had a G5xx, so I suppose it will be a MY 2016. I wouldn't mind waiting another month for a MY 2017 with Sync 3, though.

The picture is only an illustration and has nothing to do with your car.
If I check on etis, I also have a race red 'Stang as picture and mine is white.

But all informations under the picture must correspond to your car.

Now just manufacture the damn thing and put it on a ship to Europe

When your car receives vessel allocation it will appear over here:

Type your VIN into "Cargo ID" box and "TRACK" it But you won't see anything right now... Vessel allocation is about 3-5 weeks after production.
