This is what I went with when I amsoild my manual 2012.
I have 5 unopened bottles of trans fluid if you are interested.

He recommended the Amsoil MTG 75W-90 after he worked on mine. I think for stock/new mt-82 he actually recommends a blend of the Amsoil ATF and MTG.
