Recently had long tube headers and an h-pipe installed with a flex tune. Noticed the car now idles higher than normal (~1200 RPMs) and the rev match downshift RPM isn't the same - also stays a bit elevated before resting where it should. Tuner says it's "part of the tune". Looking for confirmation that this is true or advice on what to do.

Everything is a part of the tune, including idle revs and rev matching. So if you want it adjusted, they'd have to do it for you (if its not just an off-the-shelf tune).

Sounds like bad tune, honestly I would go with a reputable tuner company. I wouldn't risk it with these people.

It can definitely be adjusted by the tuner!
