Gents (and the occasional lovely lady), do any of you know of anyone who makes a 1-3/4" long tube header? Been talking to an engine builder or 3 and a few tuners and there is a belief that 1-3/4" long tube would be a sweet spot for headers for the GT350.

EDIT: I'm aware taht Kooks makes a 1 3/4 step header but looking for 1 3/4 full primary.

Kooks and Dynatech both do 1-3/4" x 1-7/8" x 3" stepped headers. Nick @ Dynatech said they tested both sizes individually and netted the best results using the stepped sizes. I wasn't given any numbers or info to prove this, so take it for what it's worth :like: Everyone else (Stainless Works, 2M, American Racing) is 1-7/8" x 3". I ran with Stainless Works LTH's to pair with the Corsa myself....they seemed to have the least amount of issues from what I researched and American made :flag:. 16k miles on mine, headers are running strong.

Stainless Works says they do custom sizes and setups, give them a shout.

Stainless works is probably what I'll end up doing because of ease of install and they're just good. I might end up giving them a ring.

Man if we can get a set of custom equal length headers, I'm all in. Keep us posted.

Was answered already, but I did read as well that the step headers were great for our vehicles. I run a KOOKS setup as well. Love it.
