Does anyone know of a bump steer kit to work on the GT350/R?
As of now, steeda, BMR, cortex, etc do not have one that fits the taper of the GT350 knuckle. If I do not fine one I will machine my own.
The difference between the GT350 and base/GT mustang are the taper length and diameter. Plus I do not want to drill out my knuckle for a bolt.
Thanks.

Do you think a bump steer is necessary for the GT350?

Not with stock or R springs, but with Eibach or FP GT350 springs yes. Even though I have R springs and 305/30 tires, I'd still like to that the capability of dialing in the bump steer.

I wonder if the magnetuner and its increased capabilities negates or minimizes the need for bump steer correction?

The shocks and struts will not change the effects of bump steer.

As anyone lowered their cars enough to experience bump steer? I plan to install lowering springs (Eibach) and would prefer to install all required parts at the same time.
I see that Maximum Motorsports makes a bump steer kit for the GT350, but I donā€™t know if one is required.

Just a note of caution: Last fall I had a ā€œbump steerā€ kit sold by one of the big name mustang parts suppliers shear on my S197. Into the tire wall I went. This was the second time Iā€™ve had a failure of the same vendor part over the last few years though the first could have been (was likely) the result of a prior hit that went unrepaired. The factory stuff doesnā€™t break unless you really try. No way Iā€™d be screwing around with it unless it was grade 8 material. It sucks when you canā€™t steer.
