I am currently running just a catback, air raid CAI and Lund flexfuel tune and do sometimes run E85...

I have new mods coming (GT350 Intake mainfold and throttle body). I will be using a new updated flexfuel tune as well... the question is do I need to get bigger injectors and if so what size?

I will also be doing long tubes down the road but not for a couple of months.

Thanks.

If your keeping it N/A. Ford Racing has a 47lb injector (LU47's) which MANY use and work great on E85.
Yes I am staying N/A... I will be picking up some Ford Racing 47lb injectors thanks.

To much with boost?? NO
I'm going to be running 58's with my procharger setup 8-9psi with a BAP. Most running boost are going to the ID1000's.

Can I piggy back onto this and ask a related question?

What is the smallest injector these cars require for boost and e85 up to about 600whp? 600cc-750cc?

Cost difference is negligible, you might as well get the ID1000s on E85.

The ID1000 injectors work very well and are easy to tune with.

I asked Greg at Lund this same question as I am doing this same build. GT350 IM&TB, Lund FF Tune. He said they have not seen that the stock 36# injectors are running out yet.

However I believe Sandeale is the only guy running this setup on a Lund tune currently and I don't think he is running E85.

I ordered the Ford 47# injectors from Levittown along with the GT350 IM&TB. I'll probably just put them in since I will have the fuel pump turned off anyway.

Straight E85 tune guys have been running the 47's. FF tune stockers so far.
Boosted it varies - Procharger HO/Stage two kits come with 52lbs, Whipple kit comes with 58's (ones I have). Then there is the BAP question.

It was recommended by lund that i upgrade to 47s prior to using e85, as the rpm and power production of the gt350 setup negates the headroom (lower power peak of the stock manifold) that was originally allowing e85 use on the stock injectors
