Hey guys, just installed my handling package wheels on my non handling package Mach 1 I’m still waiting on the front splitter, rear spoiler, and wheel lip mouldings,
I’m looking for honest opinions on the amount of poke on the front tires, it looks a little much to me. I was wondering if the wheel lip moulding will give them a more tucked in appearance.
Thanks

The lip mouldings will help, but if you are chasing a flush look to the moulding or close to it then 1.5 - 2 degrees of negative camber will make all the difference. Camber plates or Camber bolts would be needed.

You'll need a good amount of camber to tuck them in. Rockblokz (or similar) rock guards can help disguise the lower poke and will save the side of your car from getting debris flung on it.

Mine was a handling pack car and mine came with plates and I did -1.5 and used rockblokz and it looks good.

For an Mach 1 with a factory HP rim, the front poke displayed about right (see photo). Close to +.5 inch / 12.5 mm at the 12 o'clock position. The factory wheel lips will help with the visuals.

The lip moldings are essential, or you should've went for the aftermarket 10" SVE MHP1 replicas that are more tucked in.

Below video shows what I would consider perfectly flush. If you can give your fronts another 1.5 degrees of camber I think it’ll be pretty much perfectly flush like shown 👍🏼

Aesthetically to much tire in view outbound of the body contour. Would break up to air flow. the body flow on any vehicle with the tire sticking out so far. Also cuts down the aerodynamics on the car, i.e. more resistance to air flow.

I’m waiting on the lip mouldings and hoping that it will tuck them in a little bit, as for the replicas is that what is on the picture you attached or are those OEM rims

I have OEM wheels. Replicas are 0.5" narrower and with different offset so they're like 0.75" more in. And they're lighter as they're flow-formed. Good option if one doesn't like the look of the lip mouldings (I do).

What type of wheels are you sitting on, I have the pilot sport cup 2, your tires look like the pilot sport 4?

For the price they want for those plastic lip either just put tens on the front or get gt350 style wider fenders . I am putting 10.5 on front and I'm going the 350 style fender . Looks so much better

Yes, PS4S 285/35 in the front and Pilot Super Sport 305/35 in the rear. I wanted profile 35 (much smaller diameter error to originals as I'm switching sets for winter, 1 cm higher rubber instead of skinnies, they consequently better fill the wheel well and have smaller gap).
