Formula One Pinnacle or 3M Crystaline Window tint?

Going to be having the crap window tint dealer had on car when I bought it. Looks nice, but doesn't serve the purpose here in Arizona. What the car dealers use is pretty much just a privacy tint and doesn't do much for reducing heat or UV.

I have used Formula One Pinnacle on past cars, but was wondering from the group if anyone has had Formula One Pinnacle and also 3M Crystaline tint before and what you feel the pros/cons are to each?

Got my 3M and I can't believe how cool my car stays. I put "The Heat Shield" in the window and my 20% 3M tint keeps the car real cool in the Florida sun.

Is that legal Tint? How is the visibility at night? What it cost?
