This car has me feeling dumb. My 2015 gt radio screen could be customized. Download a photo you like to a thumb drive. And load to the car. Does the 2019 have the same feature? If yes, is it done differently than the 15?

Nope, that was a feature that all of us with Sync3 miss. Probably the only thing Microsoft got right with MyTouch.
