Ford is launching a Mustang facelift for 2018 that will be available to order in Europe from September of this year. It confirmed that the updated model will add several safety features, including Pre Collision Assist - with Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking – as well as Lane Keeping Aid.
The side test is 32km/h (20mph) ;)With the beam test (pillar), you can see just how fast the mustangs that have been torn in half must have been going. It had to have been a phenomenal speed!
I know right! So they had to be going at least 40mph!The side test is 32km/h (20mph) ;)
Yeah that sounds quite credible. So now we can blame Euro Ncap for the failed redesign :lol:After reading that: I can imagine that Ford must have lowered the front on the facelift based on this, since the only dangerous area for pedastrians is the upper edge of the front :(
