Hey what's up guys. Not that this would really pertain to me living in Houston, but I recently purchased lund ff tune to be able to run e85. Can not wait until everything comes in to be able to run. Question is at what temperatures do you want to not run e85?
Thanks for the help

San Antonio here. my c6 z06 ran flex fuel (my 5.0 parts in my sig don't go on till tomorrow and I only have my initial FF map from Lund) and if it's 30 degrees out it's a little rough for a 1-3 minutes, but then it's fine. Also it doesn't really go below 40 here.

If you don't have a garage and you get near freezing temps, I would run pump gas.

Thanks Dubster, it very rarely gets that cold here but sometimes it does

Where I live it drops around freezing and below overnight sometimes in the winter, but in the garage it's fine.

I've read before that the colder it gets that it can get gummy. Want to prevent that.
Can't wait to get it all installed. Ff tune, pmas can, mak cat deletes, 47lb injectors. Should be a different animal

Cold start will take longer on e85. Should prob let the engine warm up a bit too...I usually run e50 in the winter...easier cold starts...although it doesn't usually get the cold here in Austin, maybe a month of the year it'll be 30-40*

I would also suggest a catch can if you don't already have one.

I've noticed a good amount of water and ethanol in my can. Not as much oil. I need to figure out what I need to be able to run this on the other side after my Paxton gets here.

Yeah an oil catch can is definitely on my list. What would be a good one or are they all basicallly the same?

I hear/read good things about UPR and I like their design so I ordered one over the weekend

I have the UPR remote mounted one. It's very good.
