DSS Half Shaft noise/click

I recently installed 800hp half shafts, I am getting a clicking noise then starting in first or going from forward to reverse. Is this normal? Its kind of annoying. Anyone got any ideas?

I have come to the conclusion that these are just noisier than stock. I have double and triple checked everything on the install and even took it to a Mustang specific shop locally to go over my install. Good news is that none of the bolts have moved and the car has numerous 5000-5500 rpm launches on it.
