So i have two choices, either go with good A/S tires or get a winter set and swap them out each season.

If i go A/S it will be 275/40/19 conti dws06 tires on m350s. Now this is a sexy option but my question is if the DWS06 tires are compitent enough for getting me through light snow (think 1-3" tops)

The other option is buying inexpensive wheels off AM and getting 255/40/19 winter tires. This is probably the better route plus i can use one as a spare tire. My question here is will a 19.9 wheel with a +42 offset fit the front and clear the brembo brakes on a PP car.

Discuss.

The DWs06 is good enough for up to 3" of snow brotha so you are good there.
