We'll have another LTH car without cats (this time SP headers) for a sound comparison. I'll try to get some video of the MBRP street catback with headers before I swap..

You putting the sport on the car with catless LTs? I really want to cut out the rasp in my current setup. Just want to be sure the Sport catback will do it with catless LT's

I am.. I will report back tomorrow on the results of the swap.

I have faith that this will get the sound I am looking for, then will have an H-pipe resonator delete AND an MBRP street catback for sale.

Only concern is still going to be overall volume, but just can't piece together the thousands of threads' information to get a conclusive opinion.

In my subjective opinion the volume is slightly subdued until you start pressing further into the go pedal. At idle it is not noticeable inside the car with windows up. With windows down you can hear a little burble of the exhaust. While increasing RPM and engine load you can definitely hear the exhaust note however it is not obnoxious.

Judging by the videos it doesn't sound much different than the double x pipe.

Going to Hypermotive to check out the shop tomorrow and pick up the sport catback. May try the touring axleback with the H-pipe currently on my car.

Please post some sound clips of the touring axle back with the h pipe! I'm in between ordering the sport or touring. I'm thinking now the sport sounds too loud, but the touring may be to quiet. Thank you.
