Is there anyone in Washington state that has either the Corsa Sport Catback or the AWE Touring Catback on their cars? I am trying to decide and would like to hear the system before I buy. Thanks!

I don't have either, but both are 3" T304 stainless setups. The Corsa will be louder, and also more expensive.

For what it's worth, I plan on getting the AWE Touring down the road.

I went with the Corsa Sport because of the sound and also to hook up to my 3" connections on my ARH catted headers for a full 3" setup. If AWE would have a 3" option, I may have considered.

Do you drive south of Austin? Love to hear how that sounds. I have Kooks catted headers and I'm leaning more towards an H-pipe for that low growl. Like to hear what the Corsa sounds like in person. Heard an H-pipe with Roush axle backs and stock manifolds... sounded mean as hell.

I'm normally north side. I'll only have the catback on till I get more miles on the car here soon. (barely over 300 on the odometer)

Once I get it tuned, I'll slap the headers on and see how truly loud it is.

The corsa is much quieter inside the car. A few who have switched to the AWE have reported this.

I'll keep that in mind when the time comes. Not to hijack, but thanks.

Also you can get a Corsa Sport for A LOT less than you'd think, and competitive with pretty much anything else if you talk to some of the great supporting vendors on here, beefcake jayman33

Muff Muff - have you heard the AWE Touring in person? If so, impressions?

I'd give maryland speed a call myself. But all the vendors are top notch around here.

My focus is to find an exhaust system that sounds good to me, price is secondary once I have found the right system...

Not in person, but I was very impressed with the recordings. My main concern is getting something that isn't too loud, but still sounds good, especially with longtubes. The only systems I've heard that deliver on that are Borla, AWE, and Corsa.

Muff Muff - Borla does have some drone. That's the exhaust system I have now. I will decide between Corsa Sport and AWE Touring. Thanks!
