I know this is all old news, but I never got mine. Does anyone have a contact at Ford that may know how the process worked. I have a feeling mine was returned to Ford or lost by the post office.... Ford Performance is no help at all!

If your the first owner others have given Ford Performance there vin number and they have been able to let then know if it was sent out to them. Also you can go to the Ford owners sight and register your car/vin there and it will show if it was sent to you.

This is *NOT* handled by Ford Performance guys. The owners kit is, but not the filter wrench & filter. It is handled by the main Ford Customer Service group. Call 800-392-3673, and reference Customer Satifcation Program 17B04. They will help you out. I'm sure that's what Ford Performance said as well...

I stand corrected after researching further I found as said the wrench/filter is handled separately by Customer Service Group.

I called the number above and was informed that the filter wrenches were sent out for cars built between May 16th and June 5th 2017. Since my car was at the dealer but unsold during that period the filter wrench was sent to the dealer. She advised me to check with the dealer.

Uhhhhh that's really weird. I saw a copy of the bulletin that says 2/24/15 through 11/22/16. This isn't the exact copy I saw (I saw the actual printed copy), but here is the full text-

If it did go to the dealership then they should have put it in the trunk if car was not sold yet unless some one at the dealership took it. But unlike the cool supplement with the crankshaft display I can't see why any one would want that oil wrench since the vin number matches the car. But you never know.

white15gt is correct . . . .My car was built 12/12/2015 and I received the filter and wrench kit within 2 weeks of the announcement, about April 3rd.
