[MENTION=13292]rio16[/MENTION] From looking at the included rivets in the kit it looks like it has them minus the big quick release ones from the edges of the wheel wells.

With the air ride on my car when aired out the tires hit the plastic liners and have pulled some of the worn plastic rivets out.
