I autocrossed my MINI Cooper S with a custom billet (cue ball style) shift knob without any issues.

Had one of these in my Foxbody. Made by MGW. Daily driving with it wont be a problem. It feels good in your hand. No issues unless you just put on lotion or baby oil lol. With that said, my thoughts about putting one in the GT350 are as follows:

just cause you can, doesn't mean you should

Sums up a lot of typical "mods" that occur just because someone is itching to change something. This one isn't as hokey as some, though.
