Like the others have stated, P0308 is a cylinder 8 misfire. Can be anything from a bad connection on the cylinder 8 coil to a crank position sensor (I went through the same thing right after I bought my 16). Changing out your CAI unfortunately isn't going to be the cause of anything because that would cause a P0300 (random misfire code) not a specific cylinder misfire. It is possible that there is something wrong with the tune but that would probably cause a lean condition on that bank as well. This is one of those scenarios that you need to take it in to get it looked at.

I'm now getting P0301 and P0308. That being said I was able to capture this while I was Data logging when the motor revved on a cold start and caused the engine light to appear.

Put the car back to stock first
original intake etc.
load stock tune .
then do a crank relearn
if the problem is still there it will need to goto the dealer.

Also you can get this error if the tune is for a PP car and yours is not due to differences in the settings between the 2 cars .
I have experienced this first hand on my car and i had to put it back to stock first and do the crank relearn after they sent me the correct tune i have not had the issue since.

What tuner are you dealing with?

If you read above I'm pretty sure its a sensor. Take it to the dealer. Has nothing to do with the tune.
Probably the LAST thing he wants to do at this point in time.

My original lund tune was getting a random cyl misfire code that would pop up during part throttle cruising, giving just enough gas to keep the car going...think using cruise control, maintaining your speed in a gear at low rpm, etc. I could feel it misfiring. They originally told me to check plugs, which were fine. I then datalogged it and had a different person look at it. They sent me a revision which fixed it completely. It's not always a hardware issue....
