I'm ordering a pair of Z23 ceramic pads to replace my squeaking front brembo OE pads. Besides pulling the wheel off and putting the new pads in, do I need to rotate my rotors or anything?

Thanks in advance

No, but always good to get some emery cloth or even green 3M abrasive pad and sand evenly the rotor just to clear off to a fresh bedding surface. I like to use plumber's sand cloth and create a quick cross-hatch. Works fast but not sure if it's good practice. But doubt you're at a mileage you need to resurface the rotors, but it's $10 at a O'Reilly's per rotor, usually. May be $20 by now.
