I have a priority 10 that was ordered on 3/2 and the build date is 4/6 in COTUS.
It only shows up there sometimes though!

They could deliver them on the same truck to save on transport.

I cancelled my V6 order today because.....

I'm getting a new base GT! I am picking it up tomorrow! My fiance and I talked over the weekend and she actually encouraged it (she used to have an sn95 GT), particularly with the current incentives...I'm a lucky guy!

Congrats. I'm sure you would have enjoyed either car. My wife told me to get the GT. I had a 2011 GT convert and this time was considering an EB convert but she told me that once I had a v8 I wouldn't be happy with anything less.

I was working on a 50th limited edition with them but couldn't make it work.

Thanks! I certainly would've enjoyed the 6 a lot, but I know I'll love the 5.0L for a long time. Plus I don't really have any want for mods with that much power. The only thing I'll probably do is some suspension stuff, maybe a center resonator delete for just a bit more volume from the exhaust.

Congrats on the car! Heck yeah I've still got my 2001 GT that I've had for 12 years and I'm still keeping it after I pick up my 5.0 next month.

If you want a bit better sound from the exhaust, a CAI and tune can make a difference. That prolly all I'm gonna do to it after a while other than some suspension stuff too.

Yeah the CAI definitely adds some volume, though to be honest, I was pretty impressed with the interior engine presence when I test drove a GT a couple months back. The stock exhaust is pretty quiet though, but I like the tone. From the videos I've seen, the resonator delete keeps it pretty much the same tone/raspiness, just adds 25-30% more volume to it. Perfect to my ears.

This is the one I was thinking of:

Sounds like this:
