Can the GT350/R cigarettes lighter be used for a battery tender/maintenance for winter storage ?

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it does not work for the '15 and up Mustangs.
That is how I have my '13 RS3 on the tender. Plugged the CTEK 3300 into the 12 volt on the dash. Easy Peasy. :thumbsup:

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it does not work for the '15 and up Mustangs.
That is how I have my '13 RS3 on the tender. Plugged the CTEK 3300 into the 12 volt on the dash. Easy Peasy. :thumbsup:
I think you're, right, you need to connect to the battery.

No, the lighters do not get power shortly after the car turns off. Hard wired is the best way. I routed mine under the splitter.
