Battery cover plastic bolts....

Well I lost one. Pulling the cover off today and the middle one came apart as it popped out and the bottom part fell into engine bay. Didn't hit the ground and I don't see it anywhere.

There was someone on here able to look up part numbers... anyone know who? I couldn't find it browsing.

The part number is W716510-S300 they come in bags of 4. It was $6 at the dealer. I lost one also and bought a bag, good thing I got 4 since I lost a secon one

Any chance you could link where you got them from? The ones I found say "replaces" Ford part so I don't think they are OEM Ford.

I too had a cowl/battery cover fastener decide to go suicidal and jump into the engine. Where did he go???

I haven't officially found a replacement yet, but here's my best dectective work.

I found the battery cover clips and the cowl cover clips for $1 each plus free shipping on Ebay. just search for the part # on there and it will come up. Got them in less than a week.
