Well I'm back and proud to be. Found this site when I got my 15 gtpp competition orange. Sold that. Well today i just purchased a 21 gt with manual, performance pack with the 402a and magnaride in twisted orange with white stripes. Seriously thinking about taking stripes off because i don't think white goes to good with the orange.

Welcome back!!! The S550 looks great, congrats on the new purchase.

Those wheels are hard to come by and you just don’t see too many 2018+ S550’s sporting that factory rim.

When I was in the middle of the Buy Back process for my prior 2016 (Sept. 2017), the 2018’s were not even out on dealer lots yet. When my BB was authorized in Nov 2017, it was a Special Order because I wanted the same color/options as my prior 2016 and Ford RAV requested the build. At that time I had an interest in those rims, but they were not even available for production S550’s even though they were heavily advertised in all Ford literature. I recall folks on here who where ordering new 2018’s bitching about it too because they couldn’t get those rims due to lack of availability.

Well i really didn't even know about these wheels. Just like most places new cars around Houston are scarce. Just so happens a guy built this car on a special order with these wheels specifically but apparently couldn't wait so he bought used. Will admit they are growing on me. I was actually trying to find what the weight is on them. Any ideas?

you will have no lack of takers if you decide to sell. They are a little lighter than the standard PP1 rims I think but not as much as they ought to be.

I agree, those white stripes don't really work on the Orange. Though you might try some 3/8 or 1/2" contrast striping (blue, green, deep red) to help delineate the colors.

Eventually going with black wheels. So at some point they will be available for someone. The white stripes are going to be gone. Even though they cost me $450, but i don't care. It just doesn't look right especially when I'm going to black out the car eventually

Nice looking GT. The more I look at the Orange Mustang GT , the more I like the white stripes. One does no see an Orange Mustang with white stripes. I bet the Mustang gets a lot of attention.

Well she is still a Virgin. I just know in the end the white won't work when I'm going to go to black anyway ms

White stripe on orange mustang does look good but personally i don’t like that stripe. I think white racing stripes with pinstripes from gt350 is better. This picture is for example
