No. In certain cases, we are seeing humidity intrusion leeching into the housing at a much higher rate than expected, which is then causing failures at a much higher rate than should occur. It's extremely frustrating for us as well as our customers experiencing the issue, as we put a huge amount of time and effort into designing these to last a lifetime. We will continue to provide warranty service to anyone experiencing a problem, and are confident that we have made the changes necessary to prevent all issues in the future. Thank you.Made in China?

I'm in the same boat...No Rain or Snow for mine as well.I have a quick question for you Nick if you don't mind.
For some of us who don't drive our cars very much, will you folks be honoring warranty in case there is an issue? I also don't drive the car in the rain...doubt I ever will. With that said, my markers are still 100% functional as of today's date. But then again, that does not necessarily mean that I just got lucky receiving perfectly assembled / working markers.
Yes- we will never deny a warranty claim. We will continue to support this product and provide warranty service well beyond the original 3 year warranty as well. Thanks Nick, one of our 3 cars is in the same situation, it's a weekend car.
