Passenger side had hard water stains on the inside of lens. It affected light output so they replaced the assembly. This was a month into ownership. I thought it was just condensation but it never cleared up.

I was just educated elsewhere on this topic. I thought the assemblies were sealed, yea? But no, they are designed to vent.

Edit: the vents are there to help with changes in air pressure. Condensation is a byproduct of the temperature changes that often come with differences in those pressures.
