Any pics of people who have changed the color of their lip and side skirts?

I don't know what else to call them, I don't know if they even qualify as side skirts, but that tiny lip on the side and front, anyone change the color of them?

Only pic I found online isn't for this year, and it does NOT look good IMO, but anyone else try this?

Local guy painted his. I think it looks tacky. Unless it is paint matched to your car, I don't see it being a good idea.

Its just plastidip for now. I used it just to see how I liked the look. Its held up surprisingly well so far. I originally planned to leave it for a few months and decide if i wanted to paint it or go back to all black. The plasti has actually held up so well that I've put off getting it painted for now.

I'm looking at a lightning blue, silver/gray stripes and thought about doing matching lip too... With gray wheels.
