Although I agree with you that the SVT team really put in the work on this GT350, however without Caroll Shelby, the GT350 wouldn't even exist, back then, and now. For that, I give him credit. I don't know much about Shelby American, but from looking at it, the company just looks like it's milking the name.

I think Caroll Shelby was meant to give Ford his blessing on this GT350 before he passed.
