ATM has shown the worst customer service I have EVER seen and I am old, I have never been contacted by them, rcvd an update or any other contact that was not initiated by me, even thought they have missed every projected delivery date that posted. A simple update to the preorder list never happened still shows numerous open spots on the original 20 pre purchase back in Oct. several people have asked if it still open without a response from ATM, I even had to ask if they rcvd the deposit as it went to some obscure name classic GQ or something not associated. I did rcv a response that the forum board was the best way for ATM to respond to the group but that does not happen on regular basis either. Business must be good to treat the customers as rude as they do! Don
