Hey all, I’m sorry if this is a dead horse however this is my second S550, and I’ve had this problem with both cars. This one is very bad. The weather trim on the a pillar keeps pulling away from the trim pieces near where the a pillar and headliner meet, I’ve tried pushing it back into place, but it seems like this is where it wants to rest. Please let me know if any of you have had this problem and or have found a fix!:like:

Mine came from the factory like this, I'd love an answer too bc the dealership blew me off and never returned my call when I asked them to repair it the day i bought my car.

I have noticed that as well and it seems like it's more common on the passenger side.

My GT350 has this issue on the driver's side. I am going to try heating the trim and using a clamp to fix it. I'll post back next week with the results.

Weak or broken tab or retainer on the backside of the trim piece?

This is definitely from the A-pillar trim piece itself sagging, nothing to do with the weather seal. It may just not be clipped in at the top clip, try pushing on it. My 2020 sits where it's supposed to, and I even popped it temporarily to run dash cam wire.
