The 2018 Mustang meets Ford's current interpretation of 1999's "New Edge" design language.
They even managed to ruin the tail lights.
The spoiler looks like a tacky afterthought.
Change just for change's sake?....no thanks.
Was expecting some sharper and harder shapes...but not this mess.
The new side mirrors appear to have incorporated built-in turn signal indicators...nice touch.
IMHO...Design Fail.
Any additional 5.0L power increase will not convince me to trade in the '16 GT.

The front is now a multi angled non cohesive mess. Maybe Ford was getting tips from the Lexus styling dept.
Hey! Leave my Lexus alone. She's very sensitive about her underbite.

I guess the great thing about opinions is that we're all allowed to have different ones. :) Having said that, I HATE the front end refresh. Back end is 'aiight. I'm glad I bought my 2016.

Don't know if this has been posted yet.
The 2018 F-150's new 5.0 has direct injection, 12:1 compression and a very interesting intake.

Minor refresh and was expecting alot more like lowered hood like the gt350, straight tail and maybe the hockey sticks. If thats a bead of led lights on the front = meh.

My opinion is unbiased since I don't own the S550. The '15-17 started to grow on me way after its introduction, not because is ugly but because it departed from the retro masculine design. I always thought the 2015-17 was a beautiful design, but this 2018 front is damn ugly. I really doubt my opinion changes when I see it in person.
The question is - what would everybody think if there wasn't 15-17 before - if it was the new model coming after S197. I bet it would be quite a bit different.
