Unfortunately nothing - company lease car, needs to stay as it is. I just want to make as many road trip as possible; especially need to go down south, like Tail of the Dragon, Blue Ridge Parkway, ...
Now, I did drive our two Ponies back to back today: 2017 GT with approx 12.000km and the new 2018 with not even 100mls.
Transmission: honestly, did not feel a difference. I was astonished how flawless the new one works. Same short throws, I'd put it in the same league as GT86/BRZ and Miatas.
Clutch: like the new one more. Cannot really describe the difference, but it's easier to use, works smoother IMHO. The older one feels "harsher" if that makes sense.
Exhaust: Wow, the new one sounds so much nicer, even in normal mode.
The digitial Cluster: What a gimmick. Three modes for the gauges, display and hide extra gauges (oil pressure, engine temp, ...), three different shift mode indicators, ...
Thanks for the side by side shots, I have to say here they both look as good as each other, no clear winner, though the 18 does seem to sit a little lower which would win it for me.
