2015 Mustang GT, on street tire with phase 1 Roush kit only hits steady 10s

What did you do to pickup 5-6mph? You were doing 126-127 with the 670hp and now 131? And from 627 to 670 picked up 7mph?

The things that were different on the day I dipped 10's was, different set of street tires, much much better DA. (Mid Nov. at Cecil Dragway) and this was the first time I've ever pulled the fuse to disable all the nannies on the car.

The 30amp that the tip of the key is touching! It was recommended by a local tuner at the strip that day! I'll try anything to cut a few extra tenths! Lol! And hell, it worked!! I'm sure an outside tune could remove a lot of the nannies, but I didn't want an outside tune to possibly void warranty claims if they are ever needed.

is this possible on Roush Tune? I've have this setup with auto and with the canned tune I wasn't even close. Skill is a factor in the 1/4 miles, but on rolling races no way he beats some of those cars with canned tune. I'm skeptical!! Canned tune not that much better then stock GT, Lund tune, now that's a different story.

The op was running a 3.73 hear when this was done. He has a 3.31 now.... I wasn't running times anywhere near this.... I was mid to upper 11s all day on the stock tires... I did order a Lund tune recently and am really hoping to feel a difference.... Some of the difference ccould be attributed to the fact that he's a manual... There's not much else to an auto if you are cutting sub 1.9 60fts

I haven't even seen a mustang with a roush stage 1 setup tuned by Lund trap as fast as this one. I'm calling BS on this.

Did you get the Lund tune? And??? I have a 10.50 gbody and there is no way that my a6 will run 125 in the 1/4. I am very disappointed in the roush tune.

I am using MT drag radial r. They hook much better than the pilots. I am waiting for cooler weather before taking the car to the track. However, having a host of low 11 second and nine second cars this car will not go tens. I would be surprised to see in 1150 out of her. If anyone has run their roush tune 670 hp please post time slips.
