yes, that means that I have my VIN for the car and it already shows up in certain systems of various VIN code websites with the very first details.

Here is what my dealer sent me. Not sure what I am looking at. Has my name on it and the correct options but no pricing.

That is what I got on the day I placed my order, but mine had pricing on it with a total at the end. I also placed a deposit and signed a purchase agreement. I received my DORA a couple days later.

I think it means it's not time for their allocation yet, when the allocation is released and blessed by the region it can then go off and get a VIN assigned and a build date. Until that dealer's allocation is released the order just sits.

This is what my dealer is waiting for. Until the regional rep says "u can order now" he isn't putting it in the system because it won't be picked up yet.
