If your bumper has come loose by where it meets the fender, this repair is for you.
Parts are 3d printed out of ABS and include installation instructions. JB weld bumper weld is the glue of choice and can be found at Walmart and most auto parts stores.
This repair will work for aftermarket bumpers as well.
