The 93 octane 5 Star tune on my 2019 F250 6.2 is fantastic. Much more fun to drive now. That thing was a dog after i put 285/75/18 tires on it. 5 Star woke it right up. And i think its getting a little better mileage as well.
I dont use an automated wash. I use the bays with sprayers like the OP is asking about. Nothing touches the paint so no swirls. I dont drive my car on bad roads or in bad weather so the water spray and soap cleans it right up and the ceramic coating definitely helps the light dirt and dust come off.
I dont use any of the coating products, but these type of bays are the only way my car has been washed since it was new. Its not a daily and is ceramic coated. Works just fine for my situation. I do a spirited drive home to dry it a bit. Towel it off. Then use Adams Graphene spray. No issues.
I change mine every Nov around its delivery date anniversary.
I change my 6.2 F250 every May around its delivery anniversary.
Both see 2500-4000 miles a year. Both are driven in winter (obviously for the truck and when conditions are nice for the Stang)
Im not doing springs. Im just saying thats how i would do it. I havent used a spring compressor on strut springs for over 20 years. Replaced many front springs on many cars with a floor jack. Its easier than any compressor other than a shop type floor mounted hydraulic unit. Its faster and...
Is a compressor needed for the rear? I would think most of the pressure would come off of them lowering the subframe and letting the suspension to full droop, but i havent done it. If no compressor is needed for the rear, i would do the job without a compressor. I always remove and install...
I really hope the OP meant a Carrera 4s. Unless his Mustang is FI and has seriously good traction on the street, it is not anywhere in the realm of a Turbo S. Its a neck snapping AWD launch and runs 10.3 easy.
if i could have one $300k car it would be a Turbo S with an intake, upgraded...
I feel like its gonna make a big difference. I saw 11.98 quoted, but have seen a couple stock ones in the 13.9-14.2 range. And 10.2 lbs for the Fluidamper. So thats in the neighborhood of 4 lbs raw weight. But the Fluidamper states 6.6 lbs rotating. Thats around 7.5 lbs of rotating mass.
Jegs...

Did you guys install these? Any issues? Better performance/revving of the engine?
I have a bit of money to spend and already have the kinetic crank saver stud ready to install. Im going to do CF driveshaft, wheels, 2 piece rotors, and am considering this as an additional...
User adjustable ethanol tune plus 91/93 tunes from P1 Tuners. Using the PCMtec multitune. Dan Estal is doing my tune. I got my cable in 4 days and my tune the day after that.
My general impression so far is these dudes know wtf they are doing for sure! And very responsive.
I just went through this same decision. I was going to drive 3 hours for a street/dyno tune. Ended up deciding to go remote based on a recommendation i got here. Saved some money as well. I just loaded the tune last night but I am happy so far.
Lund would not be my remote choice based on...
I got it installed and working. Definitely doesnt fit great. But the bends arent too bad. Would be perfect without the cowl brace. I just need to zip tie it and put a little soft spacer in there of some kind before i drive it.
Ordered a PCMtec tune from P1 this morning…
