  1. DORA and COTUS

    Friend ordered a car. No DORA, it's been a week and was told by sales guy they don't do DORA's anymore. All he has is a VOC from dealer and a printed order sheet showing several cars apparently ordered with "his car" circled in pen and his name written on it. Nothing shows in COTUS. Sound legit?
