  1. Hurst theme

I put in a Hurst Competition Plus short throw shifter, Hurst grille, and back panel. I’m an old guy and remember the days when Hurst ruled, so a bit of nostalgia I guess. Can’t forget Linda Vaughn either.
  2. What is this for?

There is a hole in both the driver’s and passenger door about 3/8” in diameter with a black slotted piece behind it. I can turn it about 30’ when it clicks. It may go further but I didn’t want to force it. Anyone know? Thanks
  3. Gimbal/GoPro mount

Made a mount using old metal kicking around the garage, paint, and mig welder.Used a seat slider mounting point and a side brace using Velcro to the console.
  4. Sunset tonight at the tennis club

The pic doesn’t capture how beautiful it was!
  5. A question for SVE SP2 wheel owners

I am considering buying a set of these wheels. My question is....... Will the stock OEM style lug nuts fit on these wheels (enough clearance for the socket to go inside the lug nut hole)? I current have studs that are 15mm longer than stock and can buy a 2” deep OEM style lugnut. This would...
  6. What does this mean?

I had the GT out today, rare day in January when the roads are good in this area. This warning came on, never saw it before, couldn’t find any reference to it after a cursory look in the owners manual. IT was about 30’ Fahrenheit.
  7. Can someone explain this?

My buddy and I, both 76, took our cars to an abandoned airfield to try to figure out the”Track apps” in our cars. We both did a lot of drag racing years ago, but this stuff is a whole new ball game to us. His car is a 19 GT A10 with 3:55 gears with a MT street radial. Mine is a 15 manual PP1...
  8. Then and Now

Two orange Mustangs 48 years apart...... A friend of mine bought the 67 new. At the time you were either a GM guy or Ford guy and wouldn’t recognize a beautiful car from the “other side”. He put a teardrop scoop on it and I loved the look but couldn’t admit it cause I drove a 396 Chevelle. My...
  9. Did I waist my money?

I just installed a Blowfish shifter bracket, although I wasn’t having any shifting issues with my driving style, ( occasionally shifting near redline). I got a good deal on it so thought what the hey. After installation I found NVH is substantially more than I was expecting, significant...
  10. 2007 350Z Grand Touring vs. 2015 Mustang GT PP premium

I really enjoyed my 350Z, loved the looks, handling and “uniqueness” of the car. It rode very stiff as I added lowering springs and bigger tires. The 308HP was ok but not awe inspiring, but the real negative for me was the road noise. I love everything about my S550 except the MT82, but I am...
  11. Replacement axle nut different

I am replacing my axle nuts 2015 GT PP. The ones that the Ford dealer sold me are significantly different than the ones on the car. The new ones look like the ones sold on LMR. The new ones have the right thread and 32mm nut size but the shoulder is significantly smaller in diameter. Has anyone...
  12. Putting H&R DRS 15mm spacers on rear hub

I ordered these 15mm spacers for the back hubs to move the OEM PP wheels out a bit (purely for aesthetics). I didn’t want them out 25mm. They come with the required longer studs. My question is, after I remove the caliper and rotor, will I then have enough room behind the hub to remove the old...
  13. Spreadsheet on wheels offset

  14. Is this normal?

I have a 2015 mustang GT PP with the torsen differential. I had the car on jacks today and, when in neutral I manually spun one wheel by hand the other wheel didn't turn, only the drive shaft. I know with the “normal” posi rear end when you turn one wheel the other one turns. I searched torsen...
  15. Is MPG calculated in Imperial or US gals in my CDN 2015 S550?

As the title asks, wondering how the MPG is calculated. I’m an old guy and prefer MPG to litres per 100KM when viewing my gauges. Thanks Stew
  16. Would this tire/wheel combo fit?

Wondering if these "OE" wheels fit on a non PP (brembo) 2015 GT ? http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels_3/Wheels-for-Mustang/18-Fits-Mustang-174-Bullitt-Deep-Dish-Wheels-and-Tires-2005-Black-18x9-18x10#.VKrwkYH3arU Thanks
