So you did revise your tune for this intake before taking it back to the track? We're the revisions done on a dyno or just datalogging?

I haven't had time to get mine in yet. I have an AED tune now and am waiting to see how it does before talking to him about a revision. I'm hoping to get to hockenheim or nurenburg with it before they close for the winter

No revised tune yet. I have a 350tb and headers to go on soon

Figured I would post up some pictures, I got my manifold yesterday.

Going to be tapping a hole in the floor of the manifold for an IAT sensor to read temps post-methanol injection once I install it. Hopefully sometime this month but may be next month. :headbonk:

I'll be doing a before and after dyno for sure.

I can certainly see the benefits of the increased torque at a lower RPM for Auto X folks and daily drivers who just want more punch earlier in the RPM range. Would this end up being bad for those of us who occasionally drag race? I run at a couple 1/8th tracks and a 1/4 track. I wonder if this would end up slowing me down at the strip or not? Really tempted to try this.

I still think that a good tuner who takes the time to tweak the VCT will end up giving up virtually nothing on top with a nice boost across the board otherwise (versus the stock GT intake)....

Mine is still sitting in the garage, so is the sensor to plug the hole. Need to find a screw/bolt to attach the sensor.
