Car is tuned by Ken @ Palm Beach Dyno. I don't know details on the tune but he said the tune was on the safe/conservative side. Although I am another victim of the flat line @ 6700, the car pulls hard.

Mods on the car:

Procharger D1 Stage 2 with 4.88 pulley
ID1000 Injectors
JMS BAP
Sp Catless Headers
91 octane

The before dyno graph is the car completely bone stock on 12/19/16. Conditions were similar today and it was done on the same dyno. Dyno operator said he saw close to 12 psi on the gauge @ 7200 rpm. Very happy with these numbers. :headbang:

Yeah I thought the same. I was very surprised to see 700, I was hoping for 630. I already asked my tuner some questions as well as sent him a log so we'll see if I can turn it down just a bit.

Very nice, does seem quite high for 91 though. How much timing is it running?

Your curve is falling the same place it did stock.
But I guess who cares, shift it at 6500 and enjoy life. (your rod bearings will thank you)

Valve springs,
Fuel Quality,
Intake Manifold design

All those play a major roll in upper end HP.
Not all cars are created equal, nor is the fuel people use.
Here is an example you can see laying over as well, even on e85

Not to mention thats a load of boost and power for 91. My word.
We wouldn't be able to anywhere near that on our junk 91 here in winter. Dang.

No matter what power adder you have on an S550 here in KC.
You would be lucky to break 600 wheel on our current winter gas.

Id say, ENJOY!!! :)

Still waiting on a response on the timing but he did say it would be good idea to lower it a bit. Ken was also surprised at the numbers it put down. I thought this pulley was going to put me at 10-11 psi. My previous car with a Ho kit and 3.88 pulley was only seeing 7-8 psi. Both with catless headers.

Way different size in crank pulley.

Hence why we don't really recommend the D1SC on totally stock cars.
Unless thats exactly what the dealer wants. Since the 4.88" pulley makes a LOT of boost. (to much for some areas fuel, like ours)

But as long as your tuner says you are safe, then you are good.
