I've got just the axle-back on my car, and it's absolutely fantastic.

After you break in the exhaust, it sounds even better. Has a nice muscle sound under 3k rpm, then just screams to redline.

Don't even hesitate, just buy it

you can always start with the axleback , and add the double x later if your not happy with just the axleback

The axle-back is plenty loud when you press the go pedal a tiny bit further, so if you're at all concerned about neighbors and cold starts, I'd start with the axle-back alone.

And like beefcake said, double-x can always be added on later.
