Not having much luck finding it in my search.

Changing lanes and a nice big ole blown up tire in the middle of the highway.

Tore up half of the rubber piece connected to the chin splitter and the cover behind it, which I was at least able to get off, just tore off with the screw still instact.

No damage to the splitter (but I am not sure if the rubber connected to it clips in to it somehow, which then would mean damage to the splitter) (no lift or ramps/jacks to get a better look)

Does the oem chin splitter come with the rubber piece? Not having much luck finding the oem parts yet.

Thanks for the help.

I looked at the parts scheme and it appears you may to buy the whole valance for the front ...

the part is 163.12 from Ford ,,but i am thinking a good body guy may be able to recondition what you have

I would still contact Benny at Levittown Ford in the Sponser thread he may know if another part exists.

Here is a picture of the schematics

Yeah I hit a tire in the road and needed a new rubber splitter thingy. I went in and parts said it was all one part. The under cover and the rubber piece are plastic welded together

Great feedback.. hop this helps the original poster.. Depending on his damage .. I would just replace it. Another option would be to go aftermarket with Steeda or Roush especially if the part and body work exceeds his repair budget... too early for salvage yards but I did see this on ebay.

I've seen Fords official photos off the car with out it. I was wondering if we could pull it off or what purpose it holds besides scraping on my drive way every know and then.
