Changed the oil and saw that the coolant was kinda low. Went to take the cap off and the center part of the cap is stuck in the reservoir neck. I got the middle part out (stuff with springs) but cant get the rest of it out. I can get it to turn but it doesnt seem like its screwed in and I dont...
